Salesman (John Thor) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle (2019 Civic Si Sedan). I had a 2006 Civic Si, and he was able to tell me a lot about the differences between the 2006 (8th generation) vs. the 2019 (10th generation). I helped my sister buy a car here. The place was OK, but they do try many psychological tricks which feel gross. If you want a decent price, you have to agree on a price via email BEFORE coming in. In person, they quoted me a much higher price than what I was told online. Another trick is that all of their cars have window and paint treatment; you can't opt out. Another trick is they have you sign a piece of paper with terms on it before they consider them and reply. This happened 3 times going back and forth. And finally, during signing, the guy was so pushy with dealer add-ons that my sister started laughing as soon as we left about how lame it looked. And his passive aggressive comebacks when I would say no.

Went there looking at used sedans. Great selection and customer service. Wade was our sales guy. He was a pleasure to work with very knowledgeable and personable.

Great service and convenience. My latest service was completed faster than anticipated. The total cost was less than expected, as well. The only area of improvement would be the selection of refreshments or snacks in the waiting area. Cookies or mini muffins would be a better choice than popcorn. But this isn't a big deal, so I still consider this a five-star experience.

I was very impressed with all 4 employees that I had contact with. Everyone was so friendly and pleasant. I will definitely go back to the dealership. I was impressed with sales consultant Jorge Valdes. He was knowledgeable about the cars and I didn't feel high pressured by him. Looks like a business that really cares about people becoming future customers. I love my 2017 Honda accord. It's my 2nd Honda. I owned a Civic that was also a great car. Keep up the good work.
