A great sales team and a fabulous service squad. The service department exceeded my expectations in all areas, including reception and early sign-in, providing a loaner vehicle, sharing updates during the waiting period, offering maintenance information about the vehicle, and patiently answering lots of questions. The parts department was equally meticulous in researching and providing information about the accessories I was interested in. All three departments deserve a 10/10.

It was the first snow fall of the year and the roads were icy. A car ran a stop sign and I had to hit my breaks and I sled and hit the curb. I called Rapids and they help me get a tow to the shop. Once there they went above and beyond to accommodate me and called everyone to find me a rental until my vehicle could be fixed. I can’t say thank you enough to Everyone at Rapids Honda.
